• Water
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 kale leaves
  • Green Health Probiotic Powder (Available at health stores, but you can skip it.)


  • Knife
  • Serving glasses
  • Chopping board
  • Blender or NutriBullet


1. wash the kale leaves and get rid of the stem.

2. Put the kale leaves into a blender/NutriBullet.

3. Cut the oranges into chunks and put that in too.

4. Pour in the green health probiotic powder, then add around 120ml of water.

5. Blend until smooth.

6. If your smoothie is too thick, add more water.

7. Enjoy!
