• Water
  • 2 bananas
  • Green Health Probiotic Powder (available in health shops, but you can skip it.)
  • Handful of spinach


  • Serving Glasses
  • Knife
  • Blender or NutriBullet
  • Chopping Board


1. Put a handful of spinach into a blender/NutriBullet.

2. Cut up two bananas into chunks, and put them into your blender/NutriBullet.

3. Pour in some Green health probiotic powder, and add around 120ml of water.

4. Blend until smooth.

5. If your smoothie is too thick, add a bit more water.

6. Enjoy!
